What's new?
- DRCOG's draft plan to extend walking, bicycling and rolling to everyone in the Denver region is now available. Read the plan and provide feedback here.
- If your dream job involves low pay, high stress, and lots of public feedback, the candidate filing period for the Nov. 4 City Council election opens this week.

This week at City Council
The Council will hold a public hearing on a Community, Culture, Resilience and Safety tax extension and review DRCOG's Regional Housing Needs Assessment.
Get engaged
Join a virtual training on Aug. 8 to prepare for a community-led workshop on Aug. 19 that will help shape the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan.
Community kudos
The 2024 Older Adult Services Annual Report is out, noting the outstanding work of staff and volunteers in delivering meals, programs, support, and connection.
What I'm reading/listening to
"The other N.R.A" that's been lobbying elected officials to lower workers' wages, a potential county tax to fund mental health services, and more state budget cuts.
