Economic Support

Crisis Support

  • The suicide & crisis lifeline (988 on your phone) provides prevention and crisis support for people in emotional distress and their loved ones. 
  • The Hope Institute offers short-term crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals experiencing suicidal ideation.

Additional Supports

Grant Opportunities

  • Survive and Thrive grants support local childcare providers serving children 5 and under who were impacted by COVID-19 (including family, friend, and neighbor caregivers). They also support 501c3 and 501c19 nonprofits.
  • Human Relations Fund grants help raise awareness of civil rights and human rights issues. 
  • Cultural grants support community projects, arts education projects, professional development scholarships, grant writing support, and more for organizations, individuals, and classrooms.
  • The Denver Foundation funds 501(c)(3) organizations, resident-led groups in low-income neighborhoods, and regional or statewide collaborative efforts.
