Affordable Housing Programs

Boulder's housing authority builds, owns, and manages 33% of the affordable housing units in the city.

Thistle is a private non-profit organization that develops and manages permanently affordable rental and ownership homes in Boulder County.

CU's Graduate and Family Housing provides more affordable rental opportunities for CU Boulder students, faculty, and staff.
Food Assistance

Provides food directly to families, seniors, students, and local partners.

Serves income-qualified people living in the City of Boulder and mountain communities who have access to a kitchen.

Serves undergraduate and graduate students at CU Boulder experiencing food insecurity.

Serves CU Boulder students, faculty, staff, and Boulder and Broomfield County community members.

Boulder County's LEAP program assists low-income families and individuals with their heating costs (runs November 1st through April 30th).
